As the President of Keller Williams Capital Properties (KWCP), a top brokerage with 10 offices across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, I’ve
had the privilege of leading a talented team of professionals. I’m also proud to serve as the Regional Director for the Keller Williams Maryland/DC Region, where I oversee over 4,000 agents. I’m honored to be the first African American woman to hold this position, and I use my platform to uplift women in the industry, helping them to thrive and break through barriers. I work alongside market center owners, leadership teams, and agents to create strategies that boost productivity, increase sales, and foster a positive, inclusive culture.
