When I first stepped into the world of real estate, I didn’t just want to build a business—I wanted to build a life of meaning, freedom, and legacy. But the path wasn’t always clear. I was a young Black woman navigating an industry that wasn’t designed for people who looked like me. I was also a new mom, balancing the chaos of family and the pressure to prove I belonged in the room.

There were moments I felt overwhelmed. Moments I questioned if I could lead, grow, and still show up fully for my family and my purpose. But I kept going—because I believed that success wasn’t just about transactions, it was about transformation.

Now, nearly 20 years later, I’ve helped build one of the most successful real estate organizations in the country, coached hundreds of women entrepreneurs, and spoken on stages across the nation. What drives me? It’s seeing women claim their power, scale their businesses, and lead with authenticity.

My mission is simple: to help women own their stories, build bold businesses, and create lasting legacy. Because leadership isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up with purpose.
